HR & Admin Executive

BCRS is seeking a motivated, organised, and proactive HR & Administration Executive to join our team. This is a diverse and rewarding role that combines Human Resources, Administration, Stakeholder Coordination, and Internal Communications, offering the opportunity to make a tangible impact across the organisation.
Reporting directly to the Head of DRS & Business Systems, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Company’s people strategy, administrative operations, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources
As part of the HR function, you will:
- Support workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in recruitment activities, onboarding, and retention programmes.
- Draft and issue employment contracts and maintain employee records.
- Coordinate work permit applications and renewals with the relevant authorities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor attendance, sick leave, and leave balances, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Coordinate employee training requirements and support learning and development initiatives.
- Stay up to date with employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Assist with the organisation of staff engagement and team-building activities.
Administration & Operations
Working closely with Management, you will:
- Supervise and support the Administrative Assistant function.
- Assist in managing office administration and facilities.
- Coordinate educational visits and stakeholder engagement activities/events aimed at increasing awareness and understanding of the BCRS Scheme.
- Prepare reports and updates for Management as required.

Qualifications & Experience
- A qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Human Resources, Administration, Office Management, or a similar role will be considered an asset.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Maltese will be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of Maltese employment legislation and HR practices will be considered an advantage.
