BCRS Malta Ltd. has been set up by the Malta Beverage Producers Association, the Malta Beverage Importers Association and the Malta Beverage Retailers Association with the obligation, amongst others, to assume the collective extended producer responsibility on behalf of producers and retailers of single use beverage containers.

Organisations who are not already registered with BCRS Malta as economic operators participating in the beverage container refund scheme, may register to collaborate with BCRS Malta for the collection and recycling of beverage containers in scope of the scheme.
